CORPORATE PROFILE
We are a Singaporean company with assets in the CIS principally engaged in the cultivation of agricultural crops and production of raw milk. The Group has a controlled land bank of approximately 67,340 hectares, of which approximately 54,420 hectares are arable land. As at the Latest Practicable Date, we own approximately 17,200 hectares of our controlled land bank.
Our principle operating subsidiary is Don Agro LLC and we operate three production divisions in the Rostov region, namely, the Northern production division, the Western production division and the Eastern production division. All three of our production divisions in the Rostov region undertake both crop production and milk production and each production division has its own storage facilities and dedicated parking area for our machinery. Our latest operating division based in the Volgograd region is primarily engaged in crop production.

- Our suppliers include KubanNefteProduct, Avgust JSC, Avers Ltd, RosAgroTrade Ltd and EcoNiva Ltd. We obtain products such as Fuel, Chemicals, Seeds, Fertilizers and Spare parts from these major suppliers.
